Learn moreIndividual therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic integration services for adults seeking healing, self-understanding, and a more connected relationship with themselves.
You've spent years trying to understand yourself, and something still feels stuck.
You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Reflected endlessly. Maybe you've even been to therapy before.
Sometimes it shows up as:
The overachiever who can't slow down, and the people-pleasing that comes with it.
The same pattern turning up in a new relationship… again.
A quiet sense of disconnection, even when life looks good on paper.
Maybe you're carrying the effects of trauma, navigating anxiety, depression, or neurodivergence. Or maybe you simply know something isn't working and you're not sure why.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to the person in front of me.
Some sessions look like conversation. Others might involve exploring different parts of yourself, noticing what's happening in your body, experimenting with a new perspective, or simply staying with an experience that usually gets pushed away.
You are not broken.
Most of us develop ways of protecting ourselves that make perfect sense given what we lived through. Sometimes those strategies still serve us. Sometimes they get in the way of the life we actually want.
Therapy is a chance to meet those patterns with more curiosity, compassion, and choice.
Insight matters. But lasting change often requires creating new relationships with ourselves and integrating those insights in ways that can be felt, not just understood.

Therapist. Backpacker. Festival-goer. Professional rabbit-hole explorer.
I've always been fascinated by people, relationships, and the ways we learn to protect ourselves. That curiosity eventually became my career.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me outdoors, dancing to live music, getting lost in an epic fantasy novel, or enthusiastically diving into whatever ADHD hyperfixation has captured my attention this month.
Before opening my private practice, I served as Director of Psychotherapy Services at Transcend Health Solutions in Austin, where I facilitated and supported thousands of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions.
That work taught me something I carry into every session: meaningful change rarely comes from insight or medication alone. Preparation, relationship, safety, and integration are what make it last.
I also advocate for safe, affordable access to this care. I recently spoke at the Texas Capitol about ketamine-assisted therapy, sharing data on its efficacy and making the case for broader, responsible access.
My work is informed by training and experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic burnout, dissociation, somatic approaches, attachment-focused therapy, IFS-informed parts work, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration.

Most people reach out because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns they don't fully understand. You don't need to have it all figured out first. Curiosity is enough.
It's a chance to get to know each other, talk about what brings you in, and start exploring your goals. There's no pressure to tell your whole story at once. Those early sessions also help us feel out how we work together.
A free consultation call is a helpful first step to share what you're looking for and get a sense of my approach. The first few sessions tell us even more. Therapy is a relationship, and finding the right fit matters.
Not at all. Many clients work with me through traditional talk therapy alone. KAP and integration are simply options for the people they fit.
I'm an out-of-network provider, so I don't bill insurance directly. Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes, and I provide superbills (detailed receipts) you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. A few sliding-scale spots open up when available, so reach out if cost is a concern.
Private pay keeps your care confidential and fully your own. I’m not in-network with insurance, but I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
